Description
Who was Rosa Parks? Who is Steve Jobs? If your students are like mine, they love the Who was…? biography series. These graphic organizers are meant to accompany the books in this series. Graphic organizers are a perfect way to ensure your students are keeping their information organized and focusing on the most important aspects of the person they’re studying. These graphic organizers make an excellent addition to biography projects as they can serve as a note-taking tool for an essay or presentation, or it can serve as the biography project itself. They are perfect for integrating literacy into other subjects such as social studies and science, and they allow students to go beyond reading to really interact with the text.
Please note that these graphic organizers come in black and white, and I just used the colored version for the thumbnail. If you are interested in a set of these graphic organizers in color, please just let me know (katie.loftin@gmail.com).
